Just
a little bit about our Rock 'n' Roll nights. We've been holding this event
every Friday for over 4½ years
now and we have a mixture of good old Rockers and a blend of holiday makers
which helps swell the audience to around 200/300 people.
I've just got to tell you about Friday, 11th August. We had on stage the
Juke Box Eddies and Owen, the double bass player was 70 years old. Believe
me, they rocked the place.
I know that a huge amount of people come to Blackpool
from the areas covered by Blue Suede News
and we would love to see them at our venue, so if you do come, please
come say 'Hello' to me and say you read it in the mag. 
Our
nights go from strength to strength. Where can you find a night of Rock
'n' Roll with live groups, top DJ, great dance floor, great local support
and pub prices. We don't charge for admission and all the bands we have
love coming here as my Rock 'n' Roll crew, Rossi's Possie make them very
welcome, as they do with other Rockers from around the country.
We
have 'Open The Box' every Friday (which stands at £550 this week), and
we always like to see people dressed for our Rock 'n' Roll nights.
Remember,
the theatre Bar is putting the Rock into Blackpool!
