This is a great little club, which until 16th April ran upstairs in the function room of The Keyberry Hotel on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. It then moved to its new home, at the band night venue at Forde Hall. It runs every Monday evening with a variety of guest DJs.

It kicks off with a full dancefloor around 8pm and stays that way until about 11pm. There's a great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. It doesn't seem to matter if you have a dance partner or not as there's always plenty of people to dance with.

What always impresses me about this place is the teamwork. All the posters, pictures, tee shirts etc. everything that has to be put out to make the room ready for the evening goes up like clockwork and is taken down in exactly the same way at the end of the night.

Jerry and Trish also run monthly band nights at the same venue and the twice yearly Riviera Rock weekends at Paignton which I can recommend. At both these events the numbers are limited so there's plenty of room for everyone to get a seat and/or dance as they wish.

I wish it wasn't so far away - I'd be there every week!
